If you’re having trouble adding your signature on the certify form, try the following:
- Check what image type you’re uploading
Our system accepts JPG or PNG format images. Late-model iPhones take images in a new format called HEIC, so if you took the photo with your phone, you may need to convert it first before uploading.
- Reduce the size if your image file
If the file is too large, it may be failing during the upload and not making it to our server. Try reducing the size first in an image editing application to under 1MB.
- Try another browser
Some browsers seem to work more consistently than others. If you’re using Chrome, for example, try Safari or Firefox to upload your signature file.
